.In Q4 of 2007, eClinicalWorks will introduce a Proactive Support Representative (PSR) team. This team will contact all clients once per year to perform a technical analysis of your system.They will review your backup process, perform a system analysis, and remove any files that are no longer required. The team has begun calls to review satisfaction levels with the service we are providing, and any concerns that you may have.
.In mid-July eClinicalWorks is unveiling the eCWiki which is an online product reference tool that allows for client interaction. The eCWiki will include all of the information currently available in the product guides, and will allow clients and eClinicalWorks employees the ability to expand or add any information believed to be useful in explaining how to use eClinicalWorks.
.One major improvement to look forward to is an additional drug database to be used in conjunction with eClinicalWorks. MediSpan (www.medispan.com) has been selected as the new eClinicalWorks partner. eClinicalWorks believes that MediSpan will offer quality drug data along with a breadth of decision support modules to assist in patient care.
.In addition, eClinicalWorks has extended the technical support hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:00am - 12:00am EST
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm EST
Technical support is available during these hours for tickets logged on the Customer Care Portal (http://support.eclinicalworks.com).
